Alun has over 20 years experience Facilitating group workshops and project management teams with objectives ranging from managing change to team development.
As a Trainer, Alun has designed and delivered training programmes and events for many blue chip companies including British Petroleum, Balfour Beatty, Boots Healthcare, Network Rail and Deutsche Bank.
His expertise lies in developing workshops to appeal to different learning styles and facilitating groups to develop real and measurable action plans to support business development.
Alun works very much from clients objectives and stated outcomes. The better defined the objectives the easier they are to meet and evaluate. If there is something that you desperately want to achieve but are unsure how to go about it, then drop Alun a line.
He is more than happy to chat through ideas and options. Invariably a chat with Alun makes things clearer and the path forward more straightforward. If Alun cannot add value to what you want to achieve then he will not get involved but he may know someone who can.
Alun worked in Outdoor Education for a number of years in the Uk before running a Retail and Wholesale business for a company based in London. Fron there he went self-employed as a Freelance Outdoor Management Development Specialist for a couple of years before starting a Training Company in the Peak District, Derbyshire.
After 20 years of providing Event based solutions for Training and Communication for Blue Chip Companies he sold the business and moved to France. Alun has been a Freelance Facilitator and Trainer since 2009.
Alun is a certified MBTI (Myers–Briggs Type Indicator) consultant as well as trained to use Belbin Team Roles. Along the way he has picked up a metaphorical “tool kit” he delves into from time to time. He is Circus Trained, a qualified welder and still maintains some qualifications for coaching Outdoor Pursuits
