Expertise

Team Development

Using indoor and outdoor team activities alongside team development theory. Alun works with groups to explore team effectiveness through working together and reflecting on experience. All learning is related to the workplace to generate real actions to deliver positive and measurable results. If you can't measure the effect then it's not worth doing.

Leadership Development

Leading and Managing teams is a skill which can be learnt and developed. Current management theory, practical activities and reflection are used to develop individual's leadership style. Everyone is different and will have a different style that works for them. Having said that, having an appreciation of different styles and an ability to change style for different situations is a key skill for every Manager.

Presentation Skills

Drawing on years of experience supporting presenters at conferences and Alun's background in Performance Art; coaching presenters is about helping individuals develop their natural style and iron out the wrinkles. There are also many tips and tricks that can be learnt in a group session to increase individuals confidence for presentations.

Facilitating Meetings

Facilitation is "making things easy". Helping a group of people meet their objectives and desired outcomes effectively. It's about having a robust plan or process enabling everyone's input to achieve the best possible result. Whether its business planning, defining a strategy or creating a vision and values for a company.

I design Learning Interventions to meet business needs. Interactive facilitated workshops that appeal to different Learning Styles.

So, if you are thinking about an interactive teambuilding session to add value to an away day or business meeting, talk to me about possibilities.
